With the bike path at the foot of the gate, you can come and go as you wish throughout the day

A 350m2 terrace surrounds the house and the swimming pool. A real pleasure to walk barefoot!

A closed private car park is dedicated to you. A real advantage! Parking is very regulated and paying in season throughout the village.

One of the strengths of the village of La Flotte is to have a number of shops that are as diverse as they are pleasant to visit.
La Flotte market with its medieval architecture is undoubtedly the most typical of the island.
And only 600 m walk from the house!

La Rochelle by bus in 45 minutes (Old Town or Station) for 5 euros: Line 3 stops 200 m from the house!
